1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Products & Custom Orders

PySellia offers both ready-to-ship and made-to-order fine jewelry. Please note the following for custom pieces:

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin production
  • All designs are finalized before production begins; modifications requested after approval may incur additional charges
  • Custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and are generally non-returnable
  • Production timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice
  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment authorization
  • Applicable sales tax will be applied where required by law
  • Any additional charges for design modifications requested after confirmation (requiring additional materials) will be communicated and must be approved before proceeding

4. Intellectual Property

All custom designs created or modified by PySellia remain the intellectual property of PySellia. By placing a custom order, you agree that PySellia may use, display, reproduce, and share images of the finished piece for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes — including on our website and social media channels.

If you wish for your custom design to remain private, please request a non-disclosure agreement prior to order confirmation. Non-disclosure agreements may affect the pricing of the piece.

5. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@pysellia.com of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual piece due to lighting and photography. Certified stone weights and specifications are accurate as described.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading orders or information
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Use our platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PySellia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our products or website content, except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy and Manufacturing Warranty.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PySellia operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

PySellia reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
